la.vision A site for sore eyes.
The lithographer's proof: a pencil study of the Pâquis lighthouse develops before your eyes, then a painter lays the card's colours brushstroke by brushstroke as you scroll — sky, mist, clouds, sea, monument, pier, and the moon as the final touch. The sheet comes towards you as it prints, and fills the frame at the exact moment the proof is passed. Scrolling on takes the camera into the finished card, in true 3D: the lens opens and the world draws back behind the lighthouse, the camera drops to pier level, rounds the monument, then cranes up and settles facing the open lake.
